Our Board of directors consists of eight directors, one of who is a medical practitioner representative. The Board is responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the Bays and is accountable for the overall financial performance of the operations ensuring The Bays remains a financially sustainable healthcare operator. Directors are elected for a period of three years.
