Philanthropy and Donor Relations Manager

Stephanie Tucker joined The Bays in January 2024 as the Philanthropy and Donor Relations Manager. She is responsible for developing the philanthropic side of our business, so that can continue to invest in vital medical equipment and technology and deliver the best possible care to our patients. She also fosters and develops our existing relationships with donors, community groups, members and volunteers that support us.

Stephanie brings her extensive experience in sales and marketing, relationship management and business development. She previously spent 5 years as the Head of Philanthropy for The Hunger Project Australia, and prior to this was a senior manager in corporate partnerships with the McGrath Foundation.
